Shipping Details
  • Our shipping cutoff deadline for expedited orders is 12:45 PM Eastern time Monday to Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
  • This shopping cart provides delivery date quotes! Simply check out to see your shipping options with estimated delivery times. Please note that ground, Priority Mail, and free services are not always exact. 
  • PAID orders (credit card, p-card, Amazon, PayPal) get processed for shipping immediately. Digital files on paid orders are emailed immediately. Use the download link at the bottom of the site to get them resent to you at any time.
  • "Pay Offline" orders do NOT ship until payment or purchase order is received. Follow the instructions on your invoice that is sent via email to send payment.
  • If your event is less than 2 weeks out please upgrade shipping to receive your items a few days before you need them. This allows time for processing, delivering, receiving, and insuring that your event is a stellar experience.

EXPRESS FEDEX AIR - ships same business day if ordered before 12:45 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday:
  • 3 Day FEDEX orders received by 12:45 PM Monday through Friday ship the same day excluding weekends and holidays.
  • 2 Day FEDEX orders received by 12:45 PM Monday through Friday ship the same day excluding weekends and holidays.
  • FEDEX Overnight orders received by 12:45 PM Monday through Friday ship the same day excluding weekends and holidays.

GROUND - ships the next business day, Monday through Friday:

  • FREE shipping ships to the US 48 states. Allow 24-48 hours to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Allow 5 to 10 business days to ship via Smart Post where FEDEX delivers to your post office who delivers to your door. USPS address needed.
  • USPS Priority Mail is a 2-3 day delivery Monday through Saturday by the US Post Office for orders weighing less than 2 pounds. USPS addresses needed.
  • USPS International Priority Mail takes 2 to 6 weeks for international orders.
  • FEDEX Ground orders received by 12:45 PM Monday through Friday ship by the next day. The FEDEX map does NOT include processing time to pack and ship your item. It also excludes weekends and holidays.
    • FEDEX Ground Residential delivers Tuesday through Saturday in most locations.
    • FEDEX Ground Business delivers Monday through Friday.

Please note that any ground service is not exact and it is possible for it to take an extra day if there is bad weather or you are at a remote location. For some products that are made to order we will switch FEDEX with UPS but shipping service remains the same.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use the tracking tools above, too. You are responsible for tracking and receiving your order. You must let us know within 30 days if an order is damaged or not received.

Correct deliverable address needed!

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct, verifiable shipping address. Orders shipped to a wrong address may be subject to applicable shipping, reshipping, and restocking charges.

Unfortunately due to our fast processing, orders cannot be changed after they are submitted. 

What about back orders?

If you order a new item that states a future ship date, your entire order will ship when all items are in stock unless you contact us.
