Heart Disease Risk Poster - Guidelines from ACC AHA 12X18"

This 12" X 18" poster will explain the new 2013 guidelines for managing heart disease.

The guidelines were changed in November, 2013 by the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology.

Doctors are going to prescribe statins for four at-risk groups. The groups include those with heart disease, type 2 diabetes, a high LDL or high 10-year heart attack risk score of 7.5 or more.
