12 Lessons of Diabetes Program

"Priceless .... all you wanted to know about diabetes but were afraid to ask ..... The 12 Lessons of Diabetes is the ultimate reference for health practitioners in their quest for optimal diabetic lifestyle teaching resource materials." --Barbara Hart, MS, RD.

This program will give you all the tools you need to offer your clients the most up-to-date and useful information. It is a great how-to program that will be light-hearted and positive and supportive. You won't find deep medical explanations or scary things. People with diabetes need support for a better lifestyle. They need little chunks that they can learn very well. And they need a way to keep their heart healthy and to learn all the things they can and should eat over time. This program emphasizes a healthy lifestyle for persons with diabetes.

About the 12 Lessons of Diabetes Program:
When patients and their families are handed a diabetes diagnosis, they can feel overwhelmed by the news. On top of that are all the changes that are needed in terms of lifestyle, diet, and healthcare. Plus there are many pieces to the education puzzle, from risk management, heart health, meal planning, weight management, to snacking and more. This program pulls together up-to-date information from experts in various fields in order to craft a comprehensive education program that will make a significant difference in the lives of your patients, improving their happiness, outlook, and health. You will provide an easy-to-teach (and learn!) program that looks great and puts you heads and shoulders ahead of all the other providers. Use it over and over again for years to come.
